I came in around 2 PM and finished around 5 PM and the guys went to lunch. I highly recommend this place. I now have a mechanic in the city of El Paso overseeing from Freightliner, Peterbilt, rush, centers, and everything else. They are very reasonable honest and check other things to make sure they’re working correctly mechanically with your equipment, I would easily pass up Rush Center, Freightliner and KW to come here any issues I have with anything with my truck. I’m bringing it here. Also explained what other functions due to collaborate depend depending on usage of the truck. What to keep your eyes on what to look out for and to help prevent any problems with your equipment. I give them a 12 out of 10. Thank you guys so much extremely dependable. Mind you I called Freightliner and Cummings and nobody had a water pump available, but they did here. Brand new ! All thanks and praises to the most high. 4/29/26-4/30/26 Was the second time coming by, just need a little more communication and knowing what’s going on. thank u DZR , DEF HEADER LEVELER was replaced. Got part the same day, fixed by the next day afternoon

DO NOT GO HERE! STAY TF AWAY!!! PARTS MISSING FROM TRUCK! UN ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! DEFAMATION! we had unit # 234 in with them for a week. We authorized the EGR COOLER to be REPLACED NEW and the DPF filter to be taken out and cleaned out. when we got an email that work was completed, we paid and driver came to pick up truck only to drive out past the gate and a loud whistling noise coming from under the hood. brought it back, they told us it was the TURBO. we said that was impossible and that the noise was coming from work related to what truck came in for. They did not listen or bother to check and said turbo was bad. we sent down a turbo and they replaced, then paid again to pickup truck, and the SAME NOISE was present. they then proceeded to blame us that we sent them a USED turbo but the turbo was not the issue, NOR was the original one taken off in the first place. driver made it back to our shop in NEW YORK and we found that they never changed the EGR cooler yet charged for one, and they lied to us about everything from start to finish. The EGR COOLER was an old one AND / OR origianl one that was painted over with fresh green paint AS SEEN IN PICTURES!!! we found large

Picked up the truck today, all things went smoothly and after driving 200 miles, this truck is running great. Andy was very helpful and guidance was courteous and patient. DZR made the repairs in timely fashion over Christmas holidays and I was very thankful.
